We've been decorating the house over the past several days, and tonight we'll put the ornaments on the tree. Yes, we're having a tree again this year. The winter holidays without a tree is just less festive.

In any event, it made me stop and smile when listening to the conversation between my sons about their favorite holiday music. No, not 'Silent Night' or 'Ave Maria' nor even 'Little Drummer Boy', but one son's favorite is George Winston's 'December' and the other's is Kim Robertson's 'Celtic Christmas'.

I'm a proud mother today.

It's nice to know they've grown into such young men.
